After you click on Submit, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you will be able to send a Check for $ 20 registration fee and first month payment at no cost by email or Pay by Credit Card to complete the registration process or you may mail the check in to the address below. We will the forward on a written confirmation to you with class times, etc. Please Note on Online Form MDL is Middletown Studio, SPL is Spring Lake Studio and FRE is the Freehold Studio

You may print out the above Form and mail it with a check for Registration fee and first month's fee to the address below.  Place in class is reserved upon receipt of the form and payment.

Summer Registration Fees:

Irish Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, Adult Cardio Hip Hop

Summer session:     $ 90 - One Student in family

                            $ 160 - 2 students in family

                            $ 210 - 3 Students in Family

Fall Irish Dance Classes : Spring Lake, Middletown and

Spanish Flamenco Class in Spring Lake

First Month Fees:    $  50 - One Student Per family per class

                                  $  96  - Two  Student per Family per class

                            $  138 - Three Students per family per class

Fall Freehold Classes:

First Month Fees:    $  55 - One Student Per family per class

                                  $ 106  - Two  Student per Family per class

                            $  157 - Three Students per family per class

Fees are based on a full seasons of lessons from Sept to June broken up in monthly Payments. You are responsible for the monthly payment as long as your child continues to attend class. You have the option to make up missed classes.
