Payments by Credit Cards

INSTRUCTIONS:

To pay by Credit Card, you can fill out a credit card authorization form and give it in at class, fax it to 732-774-1959 or mail it to Brian Sexton School, PO Box 337, Avon by the Sea, NJ 07717.

You can also authorize us to charge your credit card on a monthly basis so that you do not have to worry about paying each month on time.
